c64

The Commodore 64 was an incredible console with a variety of features and games. It was, and will always be a true machine for people who enjoy true 6502 based computing. Even today the games and apps for the Commodore 64 are mind blowing, in my opinion. Now the big question is where do we go from here? We're breaking the limits with this machine, in2021. Our goal is to bring the 8-bit and lower bit systems into the now. The now is happening. The now is NOW. Burgertime is here , atari ports are here, if you haven't got a C64 mini by now, you are missing out, even if you have legacy hardware you can use an SD2IEC. The Now is here. Commodore 64 forever. FOREVER. OCM

hi dan

Hi, Dan.  I remember back in february of 2020 before the covid fun, how you told me that I don't have enough content on my youtube, spotify, bandcamp, etcetera.  You also told me that it was okay to go tyour parties, and do drugs, but I could not play there.  ABSOLUTE NO, because my stuff is too weird, too abstract and too "non-commercal", and non standard.  If I would have wanted it in a commerial, it would have been pepsi, or coke, nothing in your rules.  Or Nike, Nintendo or Sony. You should have hired Daft Punk and Kraftwerk, and ...  whats, "their" name...  Skrillex?  ...  Or how about Burroughs and Gyson loops over and over again? I am around you, sir.  I am around all of you. , Humans .  You're just using the wrong eyes, the wrong ears and the wrong minds.  Elitism is so smooth for the Nor Cal music Scene. You can come to my shows.  You can do your drugs, at my shows, but you can ...  NOT PLAY AT THEM, AB...

The SD Logo

October 18 2021 RE: The SD Shirt Logo I don't condone racism.   Nor Nazi-ism.  The lightning bolt "S" I used in The Sinister Devices logo on our shirts is a RUNE symbol, it means power to me.  The logo also has a D- which looks like the PLAY button on audio devices and software programs.  It means "go forward with strength", or, to borrow a quote from Nintendo -  "play with power". MY lyrics and OUR Music do not condone or praise violence or antisemitism at all, if you would like to cite that we've had such words in our work, please inform us.  There are not many rules that Sinister Devices has, or follow, but we are not Nazis.   We are a group of fun loving goof offs having a good time, there is no form, there is no frame, it's all random stuff.  OH we got it wrong from the last time we played it?  FUCK YOU, our "vocalist", has brain damage, leave him alone.  (oh, wait, that's me).   what are the rules?  s...

fried hot dogs

fried hot dogs were not uncommon — some say 40 times that, some saying as many as 60 or more per bag in various shapes — sold daily in this small corner diner with white walls painted black and yellow tile roofs. At $5 for the bun ($11. 00 flat rate ) on weekdays or about 25 for 20 cents on some days. For lunch , it was usually $5. At lunch- hour on Fridays I could pay just over five cents to see the waitress' underthings time to time. On Saturday there seemed enough . The staff consisted of mostly women but on most occasions there were male supervisors and managers along with some older women, and the occasional in between types, no anger, just mean looks from them towards some of the writers, who shared the darker tables at outer edges of diners, bars, and gathering points. It became a joke amongst the patrons at the place that a scrawny looking guy would be trying to hit on these women. They looked like heaven incarnate, mixtures of Playboy Models, MI...

not robot chicken

hollywood is all over the internet, they can do some terrible work. If a studio wants to get a director, they should start paying him the market rates. I'm sure a lot of them will want to hire an actor who has been to London a nd Paris, etc. The people working there, the producers and the directors should not just be thinking of the franchises, its the WORK. They need their talent too!  This would not work out in the 70s and 80s. This CGI stuff didn't work back then for reasons. WE HAD TALENT. NOT TABLETS. Of course some of it is necessary, because now everything is made of 3- D. Holography, ... Holograms, ... VR experiences These things require some ... stuff beyond my fathom... I miss real cameras on real sets directed by real people who cared about real eople, the more we try to get to "cartoon perfect", i think that we're going a tad bit too far down the rabbit hole, so to speak. We may all have fun doing the stuff we do, there, but...

tried tried tried

former kid actor who is a bit of a ditz, but also a genius - was once a a member of a cast. When we wrote the first script for this film, we didn't know what we were going for, it was amazing, but the film didn't quite turn out the way it was supposed to. There were too many internal struggles , too many internal battles, and it just got to a stage where the whole show just stopped. it was about an arcade, but it was a lot more involved than we were ready for and we were under budget. We were also cut down by equipment failures, some actors couldn't deal with the weather and sets were hard to maintain. The first actors who left were our 1st set cast and they left because of being shocked by pinball machines. They left, and it was right for them to do so. The 2 that started the walk off were the first to get yelled at by the crew and myself, and the backers. Time had come to take action. We decided that we had to do something, and fuck it, we gave the...

Nevada somewhere in the 90s

NEVADA- vacancies occur in these rooms  at any given time.  It seems that in each individual building there is a distinct concentration of persons and their belongings in these areas, and that inside the rooms  there are people who are most likely undead or on drugs, or under heavy influence of  some unknown evil power or being.    When we brought in the candles  in the main corridor leading to doorway 6 on hallway 5 , a group of lit objects suddenly burst out, via tubes from an area with black walls on both side,  where there was only vacancy, as if a spirit of the tubes were there to be seen and not touched or really come to dimension in view.  When we entered  hallway 6 to get back the main area, i found the cars speeding out of the driveway, from what, I did not know.  I have heard that there were strange things that occurred there.   This was far stranger than I have ever seen in my life.  After getting aro...

cars detroit and more

cars, detroit, and more  YOUR KIND  are  not allowed in that part of this country, or anywhere else." The city said ...  I  was barred in 2011 from carrying an assault weapon into the  city council meetings.   The lawsuit states that Mr.  S's first year of voting against me  in the race in 2007  was a  disaster  from  any standpoint, in any county, for anyone.      It was just terrible, for the city.  But even worse was that  every other political party and all political parties across the country were out of control and doing nothing about the political problems we were dealing with in Detroit and around the Country. So, it became pretty bad and a little bit dangerous to even go into.   In 2008, when the political and financial situation got so bad,  a number of political leaders said to me that if I came back and ran again,  they would take their campaign seriously....

jazz

JAZZ I used to be considered very into "punk rock", music also "heavy metal", music, but "classical", "techno", industrial", soul", and many other genres have flowed in and out of my ears over the decades. Jazz is different.  You don't listen to jazz the way you listen to a "rock" record.  There is a certain place your brain goes.  It's not that easy to explain.    It does something.   The Ren and Stimpy (season 1), intro is an example of up beat, and smooth all at the same time.  The Cowboy Bebop soundtrack is also the same.  Watching the film, "American Pop", brought Brubeck into my head and heart.  Then came Miles, Coltraine, Gabor Zsabo, Betts, and more .....  and then I started getting   into Japanese Jazz and city pop, which is not as fast and hard, but it is smooth and it's also called "fusion", for mixing up jazz, rock and other stuff.  Spyro Gyra, T Square, Jun Fukamachi, are a good st...

stardate 10 13 2021

Stardate October 13, 2021. If it wasn't for Lucy and Dezi, we wouldn't be in ...  "SPACE, the Final Frontier". Wanting to expand the "Desilu Productions", enterprise, Lucille started to branch off from the comedy and standard stage and screenplays that she had been running the same way, for some times, and decided to not work on the American family, or a comedy...  but...  to set a DRAMA...  in ...  SPACE. There were fights with bad guys, internal struggles, there was inter-racial love, there was inter-species love, the computer could talk.    There was time travel.  There was friendship, kindness and care.  There was respect.  No matter what sex you were, no matter if you were younger or older, no matter if you had vision issues and had to use glasses or a "vision assisting device", Star Trek was there for you.  Star Wars came later, as did other science fiction franchises, stories, and tales.   All in all, I wish t...

am transmission october 13 2021

"I don't know what's worse, you seeing me fry on mushrooms, while you're sober, or me on mushrooms watching you when you're high on speed." I said. The wait for " I don't know, either, man.", came at the cost of more than thirty seconds.  Making me  think that he was high, or he thought I might be high, or that we were at a mental gunfight- OK Corral style...   in regards to who was thinking the other was high. The quality of T's grass was smooth, light and slightly mental.  Not a lot of a body high, great for music and playing pinball on my computers, gets the munchies on in the right way, goes well with lagers, not ales or IPA beers, not well with hard booze, but with a pilsner style brew, you're a-ok with this smoke.  At least, I am.   Differen't strokes (RIP DANA PLATO and the rest of them) for different folks, though.  we all are not the same beast for crying out loud.  We need to understand what gets one person stoned may no...

Los Angeles ... A Town

I don't consider Los Angeles a "City", so to speak. I think of it more as .. a "town", the town I was born in, the town I learned to read in, the town i learned how to play pinball and video games in. The town I learned the value of hard work in. The town I made my first friends and enemies in. The town I watched TV in, the town I watched cartoons in. A town we had televisions blow up and had to be replaced. Just like other towns. The show business was great fun, but the personal experiences far out weigh the glitz, glamour and all of that stuff. It's a town. Plain and simple. +OCM+ 10 - 13 - 2021

new years day the white and yellow lights get torn down. Then up come the red and pink ones. then down go the red and pink ones. Then up go the green ones. and down go the green ones. then up come the pink and sky blue ones and blue ones. then go down the pink, shy blue and blue ones. and up come around july,  the red white and blue lights go up. and on july 5th the red white and blue lights come down. then in autumn the orange and purple ones go up, and jack o lanterns are lit. then some time between november first and whenever, some of the decor gets taken down.  some stays.   then.  more lights.  some solid blue, some white, some of every color, some of many shapes and sizes, different wattage and power ranges.  then, after christmas, here we go again. The light I care about mostly, is the on inside that keeps lit for some reason, 45 years on, and enjoying every year of those wonderful lights you all let me see.  Keep your lights shining,...
