 Before doing something for someone ...  If they wouldn't do it for you, maybe you shouldn't do it for them.   You know that "friend", that hasn't called you in a few months...  maybe you shouldn't be buying them clothes and gifts.  Maybe they shouldn't let them be around the women that you're with, who knows what can happen when you're asleep, or outside smoking, or in another room with your said "friend", and her together.   Take a step back.  It don't matter if you known them for decades.   You need to know YOU. If you made a mixtape for someone, and they didn't listen to it, AND they don't respond to your messages, notes and voice mails...  let them go. Friendship...  real friendship is a special ship with special sails, that sails at the right time.
