Mixology Magic: Sipping through the Cocktail Cosmos 
Vegas-style Bloody Mary:

Title: Sin City Sunrise: The Classic Vegas Bloody Mary

Ingredients:

2 oz vodka
4 oz tomato juice
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz Worcestershire sauce
3-4 dashes hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1/4 tsp celery salt
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of smoked paprika
Garnish: celery stalk, lemon wedge, and olives
Instructions:

Fill a tall glass with ice.
Add vodka, tomato juice, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika to the glass.
Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Taste and adjust the seasonings or hot sauce according to your preference.
Garnish with a celery stalk, lemon wedge, and a few olives.
Serve chilled and enjoy your Sin City Sunrise!

Mojito:

2 oz white rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons sugar
6-8 fresh mint leaves
Club soda
Lime wedge and mint sprig for garnish
Muddle the lime juice, sugar, and mint leaves in a glass.
Add rum and fill the glass with ice.
Top with club soda and stir gently.
Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.






Margarita:

2 oz tequila
1 oz triple sec
1 oz fresh lime juice
Salt for rimming the glass
Lime wedge for garnish
Rim the glass with salt.
In a shaker, combine tequila, triple sec, and lime juice with ice.
Shake well and strain into the glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge.






Old Fashioned:

2 oz bourbon or rye whiskey
1 sugar cube
2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange twist for garnish
In an old-fashioned glass, muddle the sugar cube and bitters.
Add whiskey and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add ice cubes and stir gently.
Garnish with an orange twist.






Cosmopolitan:

1.5 oz vodka
1 oz cranberry juice
0.5 oz triple sec
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
Lime twist for garnish
Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a lime twist.






Martini (Classic/Vodka/Gin):

2 oz vodka or gin
0.5 oz dry vermouth
Lemon twist or olive for garnish
Stir vodka/gin and dry vermouth with ice in a mixing glass.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist or olive.






Daiquiri:


2 oz light rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
0.75 oz simple syrup
Lime wheel for garnish
Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.






Pina Colada:

2 oz white rum
2 oz pineapple juice
1.5 oz coconut cream
Pineapple wedge and cherry for garnish
Blend all ingredients with crushed ice until smooth.
Pour into a hurricane glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.






Long Island Iced Tea:

0.5 oz vodka
0.5 oz rum
0.5 oz tequila
0.5 oz gin
0.5 oz triple sec
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
Cola
Lemon wedge for garnish
Shake vodka, rum, tequila, gin, triple sec, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice in a shaker.
Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
Top with cola.
Garnish with a lemon wedge.






Negroni:

1 oz gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
Orange twist for garnish
Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
Garnish with an orange twist.






Mai Tai:

2 oz rum (dark and light)
0.75 oz orange curaçao
0.5 oz orgeat syrup
